Thank you for your interest in our Backyard Cottage in Meadowbrook/Lake City!  Please review the following information before making an appointment.

 

The address is 4034 NE 109th Street, however, you will have your own private driveway and parking area behind the property.  The driveway is accessed via 110th Street between 40th Ave NE and Alton Ave NE.  The backyard cottage has on-site parking for 1 vehicle.

 

We have recently renovated this home with new flooring, countertops, carpet in the bedrooms and some new appliances!

 

The home is 900 square feet, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, plus a den.  The front door opens to the living room with one bedroom off the living room.  The kitchen is in the middle and the den and bathroom are behind the kitchen.  The second bedroom is off the den.  The second bedroom has private access via the driveway and also a sliding glass door that goes out to the private patio.

 

The home has a recently landscaped, private and fenced-in back patio.

 

The rent is $1450/month.  Tenant is responsible for all utilities WSG, Electric, etc.  We require renter's insurance.  You can either provide us a copy of your premium, or you can purchase additional insurance through our policy for an additional $9.50 per month.  Security Deposit is $1500, and $300 is a non-refundable carpet cleaning fee.

 

Cats are allowed with additional $400 deposit and $30/month pet rent.  Sorry, no dogs.

 

You will have access to an easy-to-use online tenant portal where you can view and pay your account balances and submit and monitor maintenance requests.

 

HOW TO GET AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW

Please drive by the home at your convenience.  You can follow the directions above in order to reach the private driveway on 110th.  The home is currently occupied, so please do not disturb the resident.
